AUSTRALIA - $12
All deliveries are processed during business hours via Australia Post. We use Express Post with a signature required on arrival. Once your order has been dispatched you will be emailed with your tracking details. Express Post, you should expect to receive your package in 1-3 business days. In the event that no one is present at your address to provide a signature, a card will be left for you to collect your package from the nearest post office.
Please ensure you provide your correct delivery address and phone number to ensure issue-free delivery. In the event of incorrect details being provided we can not be accountable for any lost goods.
INTERNATIONAL - $25
All deliveries are processed during business hours via Registered International Mail through Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched an email will be sent with your tracking details. Delivery time is between 3-10 business days and a signature will be required upon arrival.
Please ensure you provide your correct delivery address and phone number to ensure issue-free delivery. In the event of incorrect details being provided we can not be accountable for any lost goods.
Please note international shipments can incur customs or import duties and taxes once they reach their destination. As the recipient, you are liable for these charges in order to release the shipment. We are unable to estimate what these will be, so it is best that you contact your local customs office for further information.
Returns
Returns are offered to customers who notify Atiana within 7 days by email and return product within 14 days of receiving purchase for Australian customers and 21 days for international customers. Please notify us via email at contact@atiana.co.
Once you have notified us a Returns form will be emailed for you to fill in and send back with your purchase. Your return will not be processed until the goods have been received.
All returns for change of mind or change of size will be considered an exchange and are at the expense of the customer. All returns for faulty items will be provided a full refund. Please see below for more details.
Refund Policy:
Our customers are entitled to a full refund if an item is faulty without wear. To be entitled to this full refund you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of purchase and return product within no later than 14 days of receipt of purchase for Austalian customers and 21 days from receipt of purchase for international customers. If item is not returned within 14 days or 21 days for international customers you will NOT be entitled to a refund of the purchase price but you will be entitled to an offer of exchange or store credit of equal value.
Exchange Policy:
If your item does not fit correctly or if you change your mind you will be entitled to an exchange for the same style or another style of equal value. All exchanges will be subject to availablility. Exchange will be accepted with notification within 7 days of receipt of goods and return of goods within 14 days of receipt of goods for Australian customers and 21 days of receipt of goods for international customers.
Conditions of Returns:
- Goods have not been worn or damaged (Shoes are made of high quality leather including soles. Please ensure you try shoes on a clean, carpeted area to prevent scuffs, marks or signs or wear and tear)
- Goods are in a saleable condition in their original packaging
- Notification to Atiana via email within 7 days of receiving purchase is provided
- Product arrives in office within 14 days of you receiving it in hand if you reside in Australia and within 21 days if you reside outside Australia.
- Returns slip filled out
- Copy of original invoice as proof of purchase
Return Shipping:
Items being returned must be prepaid and via a traceable method (e.g. tracking numbers or registered mail) to ensure safe recieval of goods. Atiana is not responsible for any lost incoming parcels.
Atiana will reimburse any reasonable documented shipping charges for return of goods that have been deemed faulty.
