Returns & Exchanges
Leather shoe soles quickly show signs of wear. In order to retain the return or exchange eligibility of your order, be sure to try them on in your home on a clean, carpeted area. Shoes with scuff marks and other signs of wear and tear are not eligible for exchange or return.
Returns are eligible in the rare instance of receiving a faulty product.
If you need to make a return, email us at email@example.com within 21 days of receiving your order. We’ll email you a returns form to complete and submit with your order. We’ll quickly process your return once the goods have been received and your shipping costs will be eligible for reimbursement.
Any other reasons for returns will be processed as exchanges (i.e. changing your mind or needing another size). Reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and return your order within 21 days of receiving it. We’ll send you the size you need or the replacement product(s) of your choice of an equal value. Every return or exchange requires:
• The original invoice as proof of purchase • Contact within 21 days of receiving the order • Return shipping via a traceable shipping method
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for exchanges or returns lost in transit. Be sure to choose a reputable shipping company and a traceable shipping method for anything you ship to our brand.
